About the Service
Pangolin offers network acceleration, privacy protection, and secure connectivity across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. We are committed to providing a stable, fast, and secure network experience.
Account and Registration
- Registration requires a valid email address, and your account information must be truthful and accurate.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Losses due to a compromised password are your responsibility.
- Each account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or share it with others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
When using the service, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction
- Distribute malware, viruses, or attack code
- Conduct cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized intrusion
- Send spam, phishing emails, or other unlawful harassment
- Infringe the intellectual property, likeness, or other rights of others
- Abuse the service (e.g., scripted bulk registration, data scraping)
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to crack the service's client
Violations may result in immediate suspension of the service, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
Subscriptions and Payment
- Memberships are charged as a one-time payment per term. Service stops automatically when the subscription expires (no auto-renewal).
- The service becomes active immediately upon payment. Mid-term refunds may not be supported, except as described below.
- If technical issues on our side cause prolonged unavailability, contact support for a refund or time extension.
- Pricing may change from time to time. Active subscriptions remain at the originally paid price until they expire.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service (zero connections). Used orders are generally non-refundable, but you may contact support in the following cases:
- Prolonged service unavailability caused by us
- Incorrect or duplicate charges to your account
- Other payment processing errors
Intellectual Property
All client software, trademarks, website content, and related intellectual property belong to Pangolin. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain at least 99% service availability, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades (announced in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, etc.)
- Issues with third-party providers (carriers, data centers)
- Your own device or network problems
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by these circumstances.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any losses arising from:
- Consequences of using the service in violation of your local laws
- Disputes arising from third-party content (websites, apps) you access
- Losses due to leaked or stolen account credentials
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure or third parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid for the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Termination
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Once closed, account data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Used subscription time will not be refunded.
Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the applicable local law. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
